Mr. Capitani is Chairman Emeritus of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International. He has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage, development and finance since 1967. When he joined his father’s staff at L. Mason Capitani, Inc. in 1973, a team was formed that would dominate brokerage in Detroit’s industrial market for years to come. For five decades he has instilled a company philosophy that is based on hard work and putting the client’s needs first. As a true believer in representing property owners and exclusively listing property, he led the firm to prominent status as one of the top commercial brokerage firms in the region in terms of market share. Today, as Chairman Emeritus, the wealth of knowledge and perspective provided by Mr. Capitani is invaluable to brokers and staff alike. Mr. Capitani is a past president of the Michigan Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and he has served on the Board of Directors for the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors and he is a graduate of Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.
