Aaron Smith is a Vice President in L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International’s Office Properties Division. He specializes in agency and tenant representation across Metropolitan Detroit and he has extensive experience and knowledge within the office, medical and hi-tech/flex industrial real estate sectors. As a listing agent, he has been involved on many of the firm’s most prominent agency projects throughout the region. Since joining our firm in 2013, he has completed in excess of 400 transactions across various asset classes, including office, medical, hi-tech/R&D, industrial/warehouse, data centers, land, build-to-suit and retail. He enjoys the success of understanding the unique needs of his clients and developing strategies to meet their goals. Prior to joining L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International, Mr. Smith worked for seven years in physician staffing and recruiting. He continually draws on his previous work experience when assisting landlords and tenants in medical real estate transactions. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Health Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan.
