We are a rapidly expanding property management company in Troy Michigan that has an exciting opportunity on their growing team for an Accounts Payable Clerk. We currently manage 60+ different corporate properties in South East Michigan. The right candidate for this role will have previous industry experience. This is a direct hire opportunity, with competitive pay and benefits.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Duties:

  • Process incoming bills
  • Code recurring and non-recurring invoices
  • Keep track of utility charges and due dates for all properties
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Manage any and all correspondence on invoices
  • Follow-up with vendors regarding payments
  • Correspond with Property Managers on outstanding Bills

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with lease terminology and amendments. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks. (Preferred)
