Tenant and Purchaser Representation

The most crucial step in the tenant or purchaser representation process is to identify and understand the needs or our clients. We make it a point to learn how our client’s businesses operate, thus helping to define their facility needs. We draw on this information to identify the best real estate options available in the market for consideration by our clients and our staff strives to stay abreast of emerging trends, changing rates and leasing incentives so that the absolute best opportunities are identified. To do so, we utilize cutting edge resources including our proprietary in-house database and third-party subscription
platforms. Our professionals make it a point to be directly involved in all facets of the transaction from beginning to end. We coordinate market tours and space planning sessions; issue RFPs and we oversee all aspects of the negotiation process.

Developed over several decades, this database includes information on over 120,000 individual contacts and information on over 10,000 properties including sale and lease comparable data.
